Steak and Oatmeal

Ever since my gastric sleeve in October, I have not fired up the grill once. Mainly because I could not fit enough food to make it worth while, LOL.

Today I wanted to cook me and my 21 year old son something good. Local supermarket had T-bones on sale, paper thin, right up my ally!

I ate about 3 oz of steak and 1/4 cup of the beans, stuffed!

Oh yeah, I found out that Hoppin Frog brewery is local to me today. I was looking for another brewery and this one showed up on maps about 2 miles from my house, so I went there after work and got their most famous beer.

Enjoying life.

Looks good. The wife is bringing steaks home for me tonite too.

Looks good, heck I've fired up the charcoal for a couple hot dogs. There's never to small of a serving, to grill.(IMO)

Thanks guys, the sleeve is working great, lost 72 lbs since then. Hot dogs won't go down, don't know why but... LOL.
