Default Palm Beach Gardens, FL "Grillin' In The Gardens" (Pron)

Stopped by the PBG comp today - had little time so had to call an audible and grab one sampler and go. These guys seemed legit and like nice crew. Had a pulled pork sammie, brisket sammie and coupla ribs. Very good overall - brisket was the best. Would prefer more smoke flavor (great bark/smoke ring but very mild smoke flavor). Good luck to them and everyone else there - seemed like they were enjoying the near-perfect day...

Looks like a lot of fun.

My favorite part is wandering around a competition checking out all the styles of cookers there are.
