hey, I'm looking for some help and guidance for my Chicken. I decided to go with a dedicated Webber 22" for my chicken and have been practicing. I'm looking to go with the indirect method over a pan of juice. I'm hunting for ideas on how long to cook it, should I put it direct over coals,at the beginning or end, how long should I anticipate it taking? You guys help is greatly appreciated.
I'm a rookie in the competition world and having a ton of fun with it. I've been making videos following my journeys and would be happy to share them with ya, just let me know Looking forward to your help. ![]() |
