Default New trailer

I pulled the trigger this afternoon. Now I gotta get busy gettin' her ready for her first comp. Here she is: Big Red. 7x16 with 6'6" height. Insulation and rooftop air is first up.

Nice! What kind of smoker are you gonna get? Or are there more WSMs that we don't know about?

Lookin' at either a Jambo Backyard or a Lang Model 48 patio. Haven't decided yet. Plus the old WSM and a new 22.5 WSM on the way.

That will be a great size for competition. I have that size for vending and it works good.

BTW, get a good step to put in front of the door. Or get a retractable RV step installed.
