Default Smoked Thigh's and Leg's on the Egg

Smoked for about 2 1/2 hours at 260º and finished up for 30 minutes at 350º.

Could have went a little longer to crisp up the skin a little more.

These were seasoned with a secretive and very hard to come by rub, Foil Hat special, compliments of Chris...

A little San Francisco treat and.......................Spinach

Thanks bigabyte!!!

These look just like the smoked chicken thighs and legs that I cook, except for the uniform color, moist appearance, perfect seasoning, even cooking and mouth-watering sensation upon viewing. Guess I'm gonna have to mix up a batch o' that Tin Hat magic rub and use Midnight's 2-part temp technique!!!!!

It's hard to get crispy skin from smoking them IMO. The best way to get that crispy skin is to cook indirect but I guess you could smoke them and then swing them over to high heat to crisp up.

That has to be the best compliment I have ever gotten.

Thanks everyone else, I had hoped this one just got missed by most. Had me thinking they were not as good looking as I thought.
