Thanks guys, BK did a great job on the butts. I really liked the rub and the way we handled the meat and time that it was taken off the drums. I hope he remembers this and does this every time. The ribs were really good but were a lil bit too done. Perfect for those that love ribs, just not so much for comp. Personally, but dont tell him this, I think he put a lil too much sauce on em. The rub was great, the prep was great, just a lil to much sauce. The tasters choice was won by the hometown team, but we were a close 2nd. Amazing to hear people compliment it so much and come back more than once to get more.
