Default My Very First Indirect Cook Ever...Wings! (pron)

Well...got a new BGE a couple of weeks ago...i've been gas-grilling for years and finally made the jump to a charcoal pit...did a few grills last week and decided to try my hand at some indirect cooking today....wanted something easy and would be difficult to screw up so I chose Adam Perry Lang's chicken wing recipe in his BBQ25 book....
The family loved them!....great tasting, simple recipe..looking forward to experimenting on the family some more!...i love my egg!!
