No TriTips available at Rest. Depot

Stopped by a local rest. depot and was looking for tritip. The meat guy said they no longer carry it. Looking for another good beef option other than brisket.

Any help.

Are there any butchers in your area that either have it or are willing to supply you with it?

We get tri-tip at our local Sam's Club regularly.

You can probably blame Bigabyte for the run on tritips.

a few butcher carry tritip but want $7 lb. sams in my area wont carry it.

You could just use another sirloin cut. Or maybe they have the sirloin cap, our RD out here is now carrying it along with tri-tip though.
