Default Rub Co. Tri Tip Pronos!

What's up all?
I did a tri tip last night with the Santa Maria Rub Co. rub.
Turned out great! I like the rub and recommend it to ya!
I moved to Ohio last year and haven't seen a tri tip since I left Cali.
I found a butcher here that cuts em.
He cut me this one.

I wasnt real sure it was a tri tip, but rather, a piece of beef cut in a triangle. hahah. what do you guys think?

either way, I got the grill goin.

Rubbed it up!

Seared it and put it on the indirect side

All done!

MONEY SHOT!!!

was awesome!!!!!!! Thanks alot for looking!

Looks wonderful, I'm sure it tasted that way too. Also love your choice of sides. Great meal.
