Default Rub Co. Tri Tip Pronos!
What's up all?
I did a tri tip last night with the Santa Maria Rub Co. rub.
Turned out great! I like the rub and recommend it to ya!
I moved to Ohio last year and haven't seen a tri tip since I left Cali.
I found a butcher here that cuts em.
He cut me this one.

I wasnt real sure it was a tri tip, but rather, a piece of beef cut in a triangle. hahah. what do you guys think?

either way, I got the grill goin.

what you have their is a cap off of a top sirloin (tri-tip) :) Very good piece of meat!
