Default WeberQ Burgers

Hadn't used the WeberQ in a while. Thought I'd whip up some quick burgers for dinner.

80/20 ground beef. Seasoned simply with salt and worchestershire pepper.

Topped the adults' patties with smoked provolone, bbq sauce, bacon and sauteed mushrooms.

Added another piece of provolone to help contain the goodies!!

Couldn't find a decent bun at the store. Had to settle for basic store-label buns.

Forgot the plated shot. These were pretty good. Not bad for 30 minutes work. The Q is a great tool for a quick meal!!

Did you buy the provolone already smoked or smoke it yourself? Got a few cheese planks for smoking from Outdoor Gourmet and am looking for a cheese to try out on them.

Yeah, purchased the smoked cheese. Tasty stuff! Haven't tried smoking my own.

Looks great! I have a WeberQ 100 (the babyQ) I take mine camping a lot. It is really great for making burgers and other grilled sandwiches.
