Hadn't used the WeberQ in a while. Thought I'd whip up some quick burgers for dinner.
![]() 80/20 ground beef. Seasoned simply with salt and worchestershire pepper. ![]() Topped the adults' patties with smoked provolone, bbq sauce, bacon and sauteed mushrooms. ![]() Added another piece of provolone to help contain the goodies!! ![]() Couldn't find a decent bun at the store. Had to settle for basic store-label buns. Forgot the plated shot. These were pretty good. Not bad for 30 minutes work. The Q is a great tool for a quick meal!!

Did you buy the provolone already smoked or smoke it yourself? Got a few cheese planks for smoking from Outdoor Gourmet and am looking for a cheese to try out on them.

Looks great! I have a WeberQ 100 (the babyQ) I take mine camping a lot. It is really great for making burgers and other grilled sandwiches.
