HD Inspection of my Extreme BBQ Trailer
I have an Extreme BBQ Trailer (8.5 x 22') that I had James build for me last summer. Although my primary use was for comps I made sure to have it set up properly for vending (vending window, 3-bay sink w/drainboards, etc.) in case I ever went down that road.
Yesterday I had the Health Department inspector certify my trailer for use in mobile food concessions. The inspector was very impressed! He made a comment that my trailer was one of the finest that he's inspected in a long time. I had been warned that this guy was very thorough, which didn't have me worried since I knew I had everything in order. To be honest he spent more time talking vending strategies with me than he did inspecting the trailer. I think once he saw the trailer he knew it was all in order. I thank James for setting me up with such a fine trailer! If you're considering a comp/vending trailer do yourself a favor and give James a call, he's a great guy to work with.

We have had no trouble either passing inspection. We had our 8.5' x 28' Extreme Trailer inspected at the end of last year to see if we were good to go and had no troubles.
Since then we had it inspected in Clay County, MO and then a "surprise" visit last week. All the inspectors have said that we make there job easy!!! Thanks James for knowing how to build a trailer.

We recently passed our inspection with flying colors! The county in which I operate is one of the toughest HDs in the country as it pertains to their requirements. So, needless to say I was apprehensive that I would pass on the first try. However, it literally took about 15 minutes, and only about 5 minutes in the trailer. The HD inspector said it was the nicest trailer she had ever inspected!! Clean edges, smooth surfaces, locking cabinets, etc. She loved the thing and couldn't stop commenting on how nice the trailer looked. Great job Extreme BBQ Trailers!
