Phubar's Tsunami Legs and Dizzy Dusted Porkbelly Chops Pron

Yesterday was a strange day.
A colleague of mine went to Tokyo the day before the disaster...he was going to stay there for 2-3 weeks.
Yesterday he dropped by at work to let us know he was allright.
He looked terrible,stressed and beaten.
Glad he made it back in one piece.

Also my neighbours called me to ask if I could come outside in the garden.
Hundreds of starlings were flying above my house...massive bird sh!tties were dropping from the sky.
Dennessey and I got hit...also the TGcaught some.
I had to move the WGA under the balcony so I could cook safely.

PC broke down.
Dennessey was dropping by to pick up his new WGA,I asked him if he would like to stay for dinner and try to repair my PC.
He took my PC back to his place to do some more research.
Luckily he gave me a laptop so I can still bother you guys with Pron.

Legs were rubbed under the skin with Lawry's seasoned salt...on top of the skin I rubbed Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin.
Porkbelly chops were rubbed with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust.

plate looks great as always. we get the same starling migration every year. they are in the trees for days by the thousands

Yep...witnessed that yesterday....they also visited my tree.
The sound of thousands flapping wings is quite impressing.

If you see greens like this on my plate it is most likely seasoned.
