What do I think? I think you should, with boxes like those, get into some real contests. The Ribs and Chicken look so good I wanna renew my KCBS membership. Good Job. I think your talents exceed the competition you are in.

Thanks again folks! Yes Rob, the open format is a great learning tool! My wife had a hard time with it at first with chicken, but got over it quick when we got judged for the tri-tip! LOL

And yes, the cupcakes were definitely the star for the crowd...everyone loved them! :)
