Smokin' In The Junction - West Des Moines, IA - May 28th & 29th
Join us in West Des Moines, IA for Smokin' In The Junction 2011. This contest will be held Sat/Sun May 28th and 29th and is a KCBS sanctioned event. There is room for 60 teams, paying 10 places in each category and overall. We will have live music, beverage garden, exhibitors, and inflatables for the kids both days.You can visit www.valleyjunction.com for the cooks and judges forms or send me a PM with your e-mail address.
