Cooking Class RSS Backyard BBQ Class - Flushing MI

RSS BBQ is hosting our 1st Annual Backyard BBQ Class. This class is intended for the beginner or novice. It is not a competition class!!

We will cover equipment,appetizers,chicken and ribs.

It is May 21st in Flushing MI. The cost is $50.00 and includes lunch and drinks (non-alcoholic). There is a pub right next door we can visit after the class

Just tried the website, it's working. We'll probably have a WSM, Backwoods, Weber Kettle and maybe a UDS.

As Bruce said we will have a BWS,Weber Kettle, WSM and maybe a few others. This will be mostly presentation and not hands on, but we may ask for some help from the audience
