Default Another practice run

Well, I did another practice run on Ribs today. They had a decent color (a little too red). The taste was good and bite off consistancy was also good. I tried a new sauce today (BIG Thanks Tim @ Green Leaf), However I over sauced them a bit. These were some meaty ribs. Sorry for the messy paperplate, these were family ribs. 6 slabs and no leftovers, except for a few rib tips.
