Default Kosmo help

So I have never injected my briskets but decided to try it. So I orderd a package from Kosmos that had 4 different products. For some reason my wife removed them all from the resealable bags and threw those out. So I have four unlabeled bags and don't know which is which.

I found pictures on their site and it appears it's one of the two lighter ones. One is more granular and one is more powdery like flour or powdered sugar. Can anyone tell me what's what?

the one which is more powdery is the pork injection, the other should be the beef, you could always email him and he could confirm.

The beef injection has a yellowish cast & has the consistancy of ground ginger.

The pok injection has more of a light brown color.

If you also got the chicken soak, it will be the redder of these three.
