Held the weekend of April 30 in Cumming GA at the Cumming Fairgrounds. http://www.cumming.com/cumming+fairgrounds.aspx. Full rv hook ups and hotels close by. I will cover flavor profiles,certain recipes and techniques of what it takes to be a champion. The cost is $550pp or $850 co...uple.
