Default MAK Pellet Grill - cold smoker tray question

Does anyone have information on temps to run the MAK main grill to get corresponding cold smoker tray or warming tray to achieve a good cold smoke temps? I want to smoke some cheese. Advice?

I believe that tray runs about 100 degrees cooler than the chamber. so 200 would be good.

Hopefully Big Poppa will chime in, he has cooked on a 2 Star enough he knows every nuance. I only spent a weekend on one!

Ha! I'll give him a call. The MAK is pretty new, and getting advice on them is somewhat difficult. Thanks for your response.

Hi Tim...i am no expert on the subject but the best results i have had cold smoking with the MAK is on the lowest setting (smoke). I have always been told cold smoke is around 85* give or take , maybe some members that are a little more seasoned on the subject could chime in?
