2 Chuckies, 1 rack of SLS Spares.

If I'm feeling frisky, will finish off the first of 4 UDSs, and try it out.

Catering job this weekend, so it's Santa Maria style tri-tip, marinated chicken breasts, hot dogs for the kiddies, and most adults, ranch beans, mac & cheese, garlic bread and garden salad. Oh yes, beer for the cook.

CBJ, 15' custom BBQ trailer with a Backwoods Competitor, Pitts & Spitts off-set, & Santa Maria grill. Ole Hickory CTO, 1 BGE, 2 Weber kettles and 1 Smokey Joe, BWS Chubby, Sonoma gasser, and a BBQ store full of everything BBQ.

It's pouring rain and windy here Think I'm going to throw some Poblano, Anaheim and Jalapenos in the coals and get started on something spicey. I just love the smell of chiles in the house. Good thing I have a tolerant wife!

Jumpin' the gun eh? Well I understand - we've had two consecutive days of C of C weather here in KC too, so I got busy yesterday and did a practice cook. Briskie, butt, ribs & hen parts; following that up today with 2 racks of BBs, another dozen chicken thighs and pit beans for tonight's guests.
