I want to buy one, maybe two Cambros for my catering business but the Cambro Company has got me a bit confused. They seem to have a ton of different models and I don’t know which one I need. Can I get some recommendations from you Cambro owners?

If it were me,I would contact Rest.Equippers, and ask about another brand, Carlisle.I think spacing is better with this brand. Better prices and both are good products. Also, occasionally Rest. Depot will have overstock or discontinued Cambros marked down. Good luck. Steve.

So would this http://www.equippers.com/shop/produc...0111&pid=10338 be a good choice?

That's what I use and have had great luck with them. Hope they work out for you. Steve.

Shipping on Carlisle or Cambro will be expensive so get one close to you. RD usually has them in stock. I have two 400's, they are a bit bigger than the 300's which is both good (holds a lot more) and bad (weighs more).
