Default Serving Fatties

I'm new, and I've been looking at all of your recipes for fatties. But I don't understand how you guys serve/eat them. Do you just slice it up and serve as is? On a cracker, or a roll? I did see some breakfast fatties that were served with eggs and such, but how else do you serve them?

BigButz (Tom) took fatties to a whole new level last year.

Serving them? You mean people don't just come and grab them as they come off of the cooker? That's what happens around here

I like them with fresh baked biscuits. A sausage and biscuit with some smokey flavor.

I'm actually having trouble imagining ways you can't serve them...short of confections that is. Actually....that's not such a bad idea either...
