Default BBQ Basics Class

I'm teaching an Intro to Great BBQ class in Washington, MO on Saturday February 26. This won't be of much use to you experienced guys out there, but, If you want to do great brisket, ribs and chicken at home this could be for you. Class fee - $100.

We've had a number of calls and category wins plus a Grand since we started this BBQ thing and we vend / cater 20,000 pounds of meat a year. PM me if your interested.

It's one day long, 8am - 3pm followed by refreshments. We will also discuss KCBS judging followed by some random sampling and judging. Hope to see you!
