Default Morning Fatty: caramelized onions and Gruyere

So... I've got a brisket and butt set up and cooking overnight. This morning, I decided to make a fatty. Happened to have a Jimmy Dean sage sausage available, so I caramelized some onions and added some chopped gruyere.
