Default Dr. BBQ wing recipe - didn't happen

This cook didn't happen because no pics. However, the dry rub wing recipe from Dr Q's NFL cookbook is excellent. These were the best wings I've never had. If you don't have this cookbook, you need to get it. No, I'm not getting a commission. One thing, though, the spices may turn a little black on the grill. They didn't taste burnt, just looked a little dark. Another home run Doc.

I will be checking it out when I get home tonight. Maybe even do some wings over the weekend on the Egg.

Every recipe we've tried from Ray's NFL Cookbook has been terrific.

I had the pleasure of meeting the good Dr. at the Royal this year and have him sign my book. He is the real deal and good Bro.
