![]() I took 1/8 cup Oakridge Habanero Death Dust and 1/8 cup Simply Marvelous Season All with 1/4 cup of oil and marinated some wings. I then smoked them at 250* for a little over an hour. Then, I finished them in the grill over hardwood lump to crisp up the skin. They were really good. I did not find the heat too much at all. Next time, I will use 1/4 cup Habanero Death Dust and them sprinkle the Season All on them before cooking.
