Default Don'tcha hate when the Neighbor self-invites to Your Barbecue

Everyone, meet Rosie.....just look at that face.....


pulled out the stubby DrumPit from the winter hibernation....


today we're cooking with Royal Oak Lump and a few chunks of red oak...
letting the temp settle in...


it's a little breezy out so's we are using the "bean can" mod...



I picked up a 12 lb. pork picnic for a buck twenty a pound...score..
here it is 2 hours in @ 100 degrees internal...


Rosie stands guard, sort of...


140 internal.....


Rosie is a big help.....


and.....out of the smoke @ 160 internal...


I'm finishing it in the house oven, sorry Rosie, time to go home...
