Default Baby Backs on new smoker

I through on 2 racks of baby backs from Costco on my new Mak 2 Star pellet grill. The smoke ring below made me happy as I get used to pellet smoking. I rubbed them with yellow mustard and Dizzy Pig Raging River rub for 3 hours, 2 hours foiled and then some Mak Rum Grilling Sauce to finish for 30 minutes. The family ate well.
