I bought a wsm sjg to build a wsm mini. But of course being my first ever charcoal grill, I wanted to try some simple grilling. I am AMAZED at how this little grill cooks so superbly and the amount of food it can fit:

yep, they are little wonders. i know i repeat this alllll the time but change the hardware with ss stuff otherwise yer gonna have rust all over the place. also, after every use or so, scrub the cooking grate down and oil with pam. this will make the grate last a loooong time.
