Good idea but the finished product looks too dry. I see not a drop of moisture seeping out. Would you add more liquid next time or was it moist enough?

It was moist but not saucy. You could certainly not reduce the liquid as much if you make your own. I was tryin to get a bit of a crust on the bottom so that I could get my slices out in one piece.
