Its crispy, it has great taste from the fat and plenty of meat on it! If you have eaten this you can never become a vegatarian.

Was that a cauliflower aspic you placed the celery on?? My ipad is in the sun and couldn't quite make it out, but the pork belly came in loud and clear and delicious.

That was a mash potato stew with turnip
- Crumbly potato boiled 20 min
- add milk, olive oil, salt
- Mash to mash potato
- Chop turnip fine (maybe add a fine chopped shallot)
- Mix uncooked turnip with mash potato

Its great neutralizer to the fat in the pork belly
