A WHOLE BEAUTIFUL MAPLE FATTIE was perfectly prepared on the UDS last weekend and got placed behind some other things in the fridge. Found it today. BUMMER. Had to throw it out. Sigh.

Go directly to the Penalty Thread. For at least 3-4 minutes.

I say anything smoked must not go in the fridge, consume all immediately....

You have to learn to play the rules - delete all pics of the aforementioned fatty, therefore it never happened, therefore no penalty. Q.E.D.

I've never heard of a fattie actually making it to the refrigerator.

There's a couple of sins involved here. Did you only make one? That would be a sin.

The fact you didn't eat it is another sin. And leaving it to die in the fridge is another.

For your penalty I believe 10 minutes in the penalty box or reading the latest "galvanized metal" thread in it's entirety would be appropriate.

I'm lost, how did a fatty end up in a fridge? I have a hard time getting them off the smoker before they are gone? is everyone ok? (I can only assume there was an emergency)

Now I really feel bad. Just a little humor folk. I did everything wrong with this confession. OBTW, I am not Catholic. Just a bad Baptist.

Maybe the fatty was farked before it went into the fridge? That's why it made it there in the first place.

You are forgiven my bretheren, however, what concerns me is how did a fatty make it from the grill to the fridge. A medical emergency would be the only logical conclusion, I hope everyting is ok. I couldn't accept the excuse that the fatty was charred, farked etc, for one would have to sample the specimen to affirm that and if it were so would have never made it to the ridge. However, you admitted to this mistake and you didn't have to ( no pic's, it didn't happen) ....cook in peace.
