Does it ever get better than meat with a handle? And those look like great meatsicles.
 
Looks great. Though the one on the top must have been colder than the other two.:icon_blush:
 
Checked at 7, sauced lighly with BigMista sauce, pulled at 8 as instructed. Wifes garden in high output, veggie overload.

Was that 8 hours at 260?

Never could develop a taste for green tomatoes, fried or otherwise, but the rest looks fantastic.
 
Wife fried some tomatoes, Parmeson fried tomatoes.

Oh man..........fried green maters..............I'm so there. Care to share your wife's recipe? I'm so pissed my mater plants died out early. Farking ants and REALLY small caterpillars just tore them up. Mine looked nowhere near as appetizing as the ones on your plate!!

Those Flintstone bones look awesome. You da Man!! That's a hittable plate on any day!:eusa_clap
