Default Pulled pork for 50

Doing a gig for 50 wanting just pulled pork. I'm looking at charging them $150

Any thoughts?, too high too low or right on? Just trying to see where my prices are compared to the rest of you...

50 people @ 1/3# sandwich = 16.6 lbs of cooked pork X 2 (50% loss) = 33.3 lbs of uncooked meat @ $1.50 per lb = $50.00.

Add fuel, rub and sauce, foil pans your at $60-65....

I would charge 3X my materials for labor (profit) so $180-195 here.

Your pretty close.
