Good Afternoon Everyone,

My question to all the teams who do both competition and vending at the same event: Any ideas on finding good local temporary help and any experience doing so?

At our last competition, we got so busy on the vending side that we had to pull our guy working on the competition boxes to help with the line.

I was thinking college students and so forth. Ideas?

Network with other FBA teams when in fl. They often know teens that will work. You can use Craigslist. Have candidates interview Thursday evening.

Hi Bud, I helped Rooster at the Oink last year. I had the Hot Peppers. What we do if you vend at our event is you tell us a few days, week before and we'll have some local folks there waiting for you.

Or some teams put an add in Craig's List a few weeks before the comp, in the city your vending

I remember having the hot peppers at that cold rainy Oinktoberfest. We were right next to rooster.We are currently in Florida till the end of March and wont be back up North till Mid April.

I going to PM you, I lost the card you gave me.
