I have been at it for over a decade! I have a Rotisserie 5ft mobile pit from Cadillac Cooker. I started on Char-Griller's back when.
I not only cook for myself I cater and set up roadside and at my local meat market. I also make and bottle my own rubs and sauces and sell them through my local meat market.
We set up and cook at the local high school football games on fall Friday nights to raise funds for the marching band.
I love to Q and I love to try new things.
