As I am about venture into the world of stickburning like the big boys, what is the brethrens recommended method of storing their cooking wood?

I recently built two cedar benches that also serve as wood storage. It killed a weekend and they look great.

Mine is stacked on a home made wood rack that was left by the previous owner. I keep the wood covered with a tarp. Keep your wood away from any wood structures such as house or garage in case of termites.

keep it off the ground and dry is all you need to do

1/2 sheet of corrugated roofing tin on the bottom

Nice shed dport7. Out of the rain and good air circulation.

Thanks mikemci. Clearing the land and making cart paths for the Grankiddies, I had all these little Sweetgum and pine poles, i didn't want to see them go to waist, so I built the roof out of dimensional lumber and the rest out of the poles. The roof is used corrugated metal

Your right, great air flow and stays good and dry.
