somebody shut me the fark up.
Been awhile hope all the Brethren are doing well.
Started out with two 3/4lb patties (80/20), burgers were grilled direct then pulled off the coals till the cheese melted and gave the peppers a quick blister.
Topped with bacon that I had cooked on the grill before the burgers went on and served with baked red skins.
Turned out slightly more done than I like but not going to complain.
