Makes a half pan
16 oz package elbow macaroni
1 cup milk
1 10oz can cheddar cheese soup
2 cups cheese
Mix milk into macaroni after draining it then combine the soup and mix until combined. Top with the cheese you can also mix a little cheese into it when doing the cheese soup. Put in smoker for about an hour. Do this every weekend cheap and serves about 20.

Thanx will give it a try, as all of my customers, are wanting a mac and cheese, but I didn't have a recipe, that would hold without drying out

Sour Cream in mac and cheese helps to keep it moist.
