3Tablespoons Sucklebusters Taco Seasoning(new to me)
Dash of Tumeric, Chili Powder and Oregano

4 tablespoons frijoles-black
“Salad” will be onion cheese and pork skins

Ya you can't be all having lettuce just hanging around 24/7 waiting to rot away and wasting money. This way is better.

In the end I did not use pork skins. Beans-Onion-Avocado-Sour Cream & Cheese Salad. I’ve always read where some people’s “secret chili” is they use Taco Seasoning instead of Chili Powder. If you look closely at ingredients of Taco Seasoning and Chili Powder they are really close but arranged differently. A little more of this a little less of that. This Sucklebusters has Cumin first, and it’s there. Rice hulls for anti caking is pretty cool imho. At least I think so.
This MOTD is a hit and will be repeating with cow bison elk whatever else I can find. I enjoy cooking Tri Tip and using leftovers for chili. Just like this with chopped Tri Tip would be grand dining.

The dash of chili powder is Trader Joe’s. Yes it’s good. There are better, but TJ’s spices are always good.
