Default Tri tips for football today Pr0n

Step 1: trip the tips. Here you see them after I trimmed them. And my fat pile. I save this for various things. I have an awesome butcher that will either sell me any cut of meat custom trimmed or not at all depending on what I am doing.

Step 2: apply rub rubbed and ready. Time to prepare UDS. More Pr0n later.

The tritips were a hit. It doesn't take long for a party with 12 guys to devour those things.

They look terrific. A good medium rare - my favourite. Not over blacken as we see some product - when I see blackened product I always think they must be for a Greek God ( I.e. burnt offerings).
