Default 1st Ribs and pulled pork!!

Finally made did a nice long smoke today. Woke up at 3am to fire the smoker up. to cook a few butts and racks of ribs!

Started making my Rub, (Brown sugar, Hungarian paprika, Black pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion powder, Crushed celery seed, Cayenne pepper)

And Chris Lilly injection

Rubbed the butts down the night before and rested for 4 hours then reapplied the rub. wrapped them at 160 and pulled them at 195

About 11am I rubbed my ribs down and put them on.

smoke Ring on the butt

after pulling no extra sauce or rub needed

Did you sauce those ribs after or is that how they came off? They look wet and delicious. Nicely done!

How did it taste? It looks fantastic, by the way.

I'm still contemplating one of those big pellet poopers. Thanks for sharing your cook, you're doing great!
