Thank you Shagdog. These tasted great. The shrimp was both slightly sweet and spicy. The salsa has a tropical taste with some definite fire on the back end but not so much that my wife wasn't able to eat it. Wrap it up in a fresh made tortilla with some avocado and you're in for a real treat.

Thank you Harbormaster. For those who haven't tried them, most think that they will taste like a banana. Although they can achieve a banana like taste it they are completely black it is my opinion they taste more like potatoes if they are cooked where they are yellow. What do you think?
 
Looks very, very good. I've tried a couple of the World Harbor marinades that were pretty good. Have to try that one next.
