Anyone ever use almond for smoking salmon? I have a UDS and plan on a method as close to thrideye as possible.

somebody shut me the fark up.
Although I have never used almond, it is a nut wood and is good for smoking. All I can tell you is to give it a try and see how it turns out. You may have found something that will turn out very good, only time can tell.

I think it would be more like peach. I have used neither so can't comment on them. I have used cherry with salmon and like that a lot.
