New to the Forum
Hi All - ofrankie here.
Just joined & glad to be a part of the forum. Looking forward to good info & smoking hints from the members. I live in north central Mass (originally from NY via Oregon) - try to smoke as long as I can during the year, but generally can only go 'til Nov. I have a Great Smokey Mtn gas unit, a Smokin-it electric, & a Weber kettle & gas grill. Love them all. Have tried ribs, turkey, chicken, pork (they come out pretty good) & brisket (not so successful). That's about it. Thanks. |

Welcome ofrankie! Head over to Q-talk and peruse the many brisket threads. At the bottom of the page is a search bar, type in what you are looking for and you should get a goodly amount of brisket threads to read!
