Default Hillbilly Prime Rib.

The name made sense since I'm in Kentucky and Oklahoma and Mississippi already have dibs. Smoked bologna. Gave it a thick coat of Creole mustard and BBQ rub and glazed with Big Bob's Habanero red sauce. Snack before we go catfishing this evening.

Only thing that makes smoked bologna better, is if you are eating it on the water.

I always keep a bottle around. It's a thin sauce that pours. The name is deceiving, it's spicy but not real hot. One of my favorite bbq sauces.

Hillbilly Prime Rib ha! I love it, looks to me by the time you finished with it it very well may have tasted better than Prime Rib.
