I agree 100% and I have tried a lot of hot sauces. Some try to blow your head off....some have flavour...your choice.

Well as far as hot sauces go, I like most of them. But I do have a preference for one specific one:

They do have hotter sauces, but this one pushes my personal limit of scoville tolerance.

For Chili-heads the other two are:

If those aren't hot enough for you, they make a special edition that is hand-signed, numbered and vintage dated. It comes in its own little coffin:

I love Tabasco Chipotle, which isn't all that hot, but they need to sell that stuff by the gallon. Those little bottles don't last long on biscuits and gravy.[/QUOTE]

Go to pepperfest.com and order the gallon jugs. I bought 4 last time I was at Avery Island. GOOOOOD Stuff

I use to be a strictly Texas Pete man. South Carolina here. Kept an open quart bottle and one in reserve all the time. I've drank several beer glasses of it down through the years on bar bets.
Lately I have been using Frank's almost exclusively. My wife bought some for a recipe she was making that called for it specifically and I got it the next few times.
I do notice that I'm not eating as much hot sauce. I don't know why but my consumption of it has gone down a lot. Maybe there's something addictive about Texas Pete.

Tabasco Chipotle was my favorite for a long time and then I tried Sucklebusters pepper sauces... I really like all of them except the habenaro... I just ordered 5 bottles!

Needless to say, I'm very fond of this. Add some butter and crystal and you have a killer wing sauce.

The first three name and address I get (PM), will get a free bottle.

Looking back at this thread I realized that I forgot one sauce that I grab regularly. Brother Spicewine's Fire Good hot sauce. Good stuff!
