Default Quick Desert Question

I know you supply your own plates for turn in. Do you also supply a fork or is it assumed the judges have one. Hate to loose not supplying silverware. Thanks.

Might depend on the competition but I haven't seen providing utensils as a requirement for desert before.

Haven't seen much in the way of requirements so trying to make sure I cover all the bases. Thanks.

I've never turned in a desert that wasn't really dry.

We've done quite well in dessert though. Used forks and spoons for turn-ins early on but turned in plenty of winners recently without any utensils. Since it is a non-sanctioned category you might want to check with the organizer to be safe.

I wouldn't mess with any chance of missing desert, or dessert (thanks TheJackal, I misspelled it too!) turn-in call, give them spoons.
you always (I am assuming, never a problem with us) get your stuff back anyways.

With one caveat: by all means supply utensils, but don't use ones that you'd die if you didn't get them back. You may very well have to hunt among different trays to recreate your set, and I've had a number of times where I sent in six implements and got back five or fewer.

It is not that difficult. Bring six forks with you when you go to turn it in.
