Just got back from judging and can't wait to see the results. I can tell you one thing... who ever wins ribs cooked some great ones. The ribs on my table were unreal good!!! I would not have been ashamed to have turned in any of them. Two of them I gave perfect scores to!!!

It was great to meet Bob and to see the other brothers there. I also now know why Fat Back Joe has done so well in ribs his first couple of comps... First of all he can cook and the boys sauce is REALLY good.
