Well, as long as you don't burn up your stoker thermo probes, it isn't too hard. Maybe a pellet grill would help

Yeah, it's amazing what kind of problems rookies like me encounter. But I kinda doubt I would be breaking out the Stoker to reheat meatballs

Thanks for doing a Christmas Certificate option Larry! I know it's a lot of hard work getting these out, but it sure is fun collecting certificates for a lot of us.
